Southern passengers face disruption as RMT plans 14 days of strikes
Rail workers union announces five blocks of industrial action from next month in ongoing dispute over role of conductors
Southern Railway workers are to take 14 days of strike action in five blocks
from next month in the long-running dispute over the role of conductors, said
the RMT union.
The strikes would leave commuters on the Southern rail network, which connects towns on the south coast with London, facing more travel misery after earlier strikes during the summer.
