Flights halted at Gatwick airport on Wednesday night after reports of drones being flown over the airfield.
Two drones were reportedly spotted hovering near a runway, prompting the airport to stop all flights while it investigated the sightings. Gatwick airport apologised for the suspension but said the safety of passengers was a priority.
