Long road delays expected over record-breaking bank holiday
The AA estimates that 13 million drivers will be on the roads as record numbers of visitors stay in UK for long weekend
Long delays and tailbacks are expected on the motorways as millions of Britons travel around the UK and head abroad for the three-day bank holiday weekend.
An estimated 13 million drivers will have taken to the road for a holiday or an outing between Friday and Monday, according to the AA.
