‘Serious accident’ on Heathrow airfield disrupts flights

Collision between vehicles involved two members of staff, airport spokeswoman says

Heathrow airport is dealing with a “serious accident” in which two vehicles collided.

The incident occurred on the airfield on Wednesday morning and involved two members of staff, a spokeswoman for the UK’s busiest airport said.

Ok although since the resched of this flight is 2h25m delayed I guess “no impact on journeys today” is optimistic
