Snow and freezing temperatures bring travel disruption across UK
Trains, roads and air travel disrupted as all but the most westerly parts of UK are likely to see snow
Much of the UK is braced for further disruption on Tuesday as more wintry weather is forecast. Eastern areas of England and Scotland are expected to be hardest hit, while all but the most westerly parts of the UK are likely to see snowfall, the Met office has predicted.
Roads are particularly hazardous in the south of the County so please drive slowly, according to the conditions and with care. By 0630 we were dealing with 5 collisions one of them involving injury on the A15 at Baston – which will be closed whilst we deal with it.
