Transport secretary Chris Grayling knocks over cyclist as he opens car door – video
Exclusive footage obtained by the Guardian shows the transport secretary, Chris Grayling, knocking a cyclist off his bike when opening the door of his ministerial car near the Houses of Parliament. Grayling speaks to the cyclist, Jaiqi Liu, and shakes his hand. The footage came from cyclist Laurence de Hoest and was filmed on 12 October
