Tube drivers to strike during Donald Trump's UK visit

Walkout by RMT members on Piccadilly line coincides with US president’s trip

Drivers on parts of the underground will on strike the day Donald Trump visits London next month, in a row over working conditions and staffing.

The industrial action by members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union the Piccadilly line begins at 9pm on 11 July and ends at 00:01 on 14 July.
